1:1 ONLINE TRAINING
As a 1:1 online client, you will receive 100% personalized programming based on your goals, experience, and lifestyle.
- Have 24/7 communication with me (English & Spanish).
- Everything is ran through a 3rd party app - free for you to use.
- Demo videos and coaching cues provided for every exercise.
- Workouts will remain the same for 4-5 weeks to focus on progressive overload and perfecting form.
- Extra things included: Mobility and rest day routines, nutritional educational information, supplement consults, meal prep ideas, healthy recipe ideas, etc.
I will reach out and we will schedule an on boarding call to get to know
each other more, discuss your training history, any past/current injuries,
short- and long-term goals, athletic goals, and strategize a personalized
workout plan.
3-month commitment. Cancel any time after by giving a
30-day notice.
